"Italian Memories of our youth"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U08Bv7UQT1w

This is all so true, just want to give the young'ens...a glimpse of our past...and yes, that was a kind and gentler time that will never be seen again

I loved this. Although i couldn't relate to all of it, it sure brought back memories of the Sunday mornings when my father and I (age 3-5) would take the subway to my grandma's house in Bensonhurst for our weekly visit. Where was my mother? At home making the "gravy" for our macaroni and meatball dinner at 2 pm!

I watched the entire video, and I must say, although I did not live like that entirely, I recall the Italian values being taught to me growning up. I guess that means that my parents and grandparents did their job to make sure I knew my heritage. Thank you...

Sadly, my children will never know this hisyory as times have changed, but one thing they will always know is that they are loved.

Its human nature to focus on where you going, rather than from where you've come.. this visual reminder help alot.

Nice video !!!

Love Ron
