"Steve Conlon - DDS"

I guess the DDS stands for "Don't Do it Sooner"..It was like pulling teeth to get Steve to build this boat for the Regatta at his country club....he did not make it until the morning of the race....and he aptly named it "The Procrastinator".....looks like Steve and the boys had a great time....and the best part was, they did not sink...
(Thanks Kel for sending me the pics)

"Happy Birthday Aunt Kate"

July 30th would have been Aunt Kates 93rd Birthday....as you can see the "Prudente Girls" are discussing the Happy Hour needs for the party.....Have a Scotch Sour for all of us....

"We're Back"

"A Sailing We Will Go"

This Friday we leave for Miami and Saturday we all sail on the Liberty of the Sea....it is the worlds largest crusie ship...so far. It carries 3634 passengers and a crew of 1760. It is 15 decks tall, has a golf course, a huge gym including a regulation boxing ring...a two story library, and complete computer room, media center, a rock climbing wall, a surfing pool, 4 massive pool areas, a large Casino and of course the usual bars, about 15 in all...a large theatre with Broadway style shows each night and a ice skating rink with an Ice Capade Show...a three story dining room...5 nite clubs etc etc. and everything is included in the price of the cruise, except the drinks of course. Have attached several pics to give you an idea of its size. Michael, Susan, Ron, will all be there...looking forward to it. Will fill you in when I get back...

"Congratulations Angela and Brian"

Angela has completed a 12 week course at the University of Florida and is now a Master Gardener...I think one of the most important things she learned the first week was to cut roses with a clipper, not bite them off.
and not to be out done, Brian has taken a course at the Coral Springs Marina Bait and Tackle Complex...after completing his course he received a certificate showing he is now a Master Baiter.....Good luck to you both.

"The Good Olde days"

I actually remember all of these. Chances are it won't mean anything to you young'ins but I loved it

You may need to watch it twice; once to watch the Burma shave signs change and once to catch all the pictures plus listening to the music of the Statler Brothers. For those of you too young to remember; too bad you missed it! http://oldfortyfives.com/DYRT.htm
