"Farciacon Blog is Dead...Long live the BLOG"

Since the advent of Facebook...the Farciacon Blog has become obselete. The Families have become Facebookers...but hey, nothing is forever.

Since I am an old man, I have deceided to start a new BLOG..It will be called

"Facts Unreported"

or F.U.

My new BLOG will report all the news that the News Media and TV Media deem un-reportable. I know it may annoy some and inform others, but my feeling is since Farciacon has received no comments other than Janet, Ron and my friend Carole, in over two months...no one should or would be offended, since they will never see it.

I have kept political opinions out of Farciacon on purpose, but now I feel that I am allowed to compete with Blog sites, such as the Huffington Post, Daily Kos and Move on.com.......so I am only expressing my thoughts which, I hope we are still free to express....although, that may be coming to an end soon.

So Welcome one and all.....

The Senator from New York, Chuckie Cheese Schumer, thinks he knows what is best for Americans. Talking about the "Porkies" in the stimulus bill that was passed...this, a day after we were told by the powers that be that there was "No Pork" in this Bill....umm what do they call Pork in the land of Lincoln ?....maybe pay offs, bribes, graft or contributions ?...will have to Snopes that to find out.

Well Chuckie, this American from the Chattering Class does care about the waste of our hard earned money being wasted in the PORKIES.......so don't speak for me

Does anyone remember, during the campaign, the press and TV made a BIG BIG Joke about John McCain not knowing how to use a computer..not mentioning that he has a problem using it due to his broken arms..

Vice President Joe Biden, tasked with overseeing the $787 billion stimulus package, has been having a little trouble with his "numbers."
During an interview on CBS' "Early Show" on Wednesday, Biden told viewers to check out a government-run Web site tracking stimulus spending, but admitted he was embarrassed because he couldn't remember the site's "number."
"You know, I'm embarrassed. Do you know the Web site number?" he asked an aide standing out of view. "I should have it in front of me and I don't. I'm actually embarrassed."
Biden, who seemed to indicate that he thought the Internet worked like a giant telephone, sounded an unusually Luddite note inside an administration often heralded for its mastery of the Web.

"Sad News"

Carrie's mom, Ron and Michaels Grandmother and my wonderful mother-in-law passed away on February 16th.

She was 93 years old and still as sharp as a whip. She was a kind and gentle person who always had a smile to share.

Will miss you Mom

Hope everyone had a Romantic Day.

I had good news and bad news on Valentines day....

The good news is I received a very sweet phone call early yesterday morning, wishing me a Special Day.

The bad news is, it was from my 70 year old cousin...
