Came across this pic this morning and had to reshow it.....
(click on pic to enlarge)
Michael standing tall and proud, doing his impression of Stan Laurel, but I think he is wearing my sneakers, Kelly dreaming of becoming a Prudente girl with all the frills that go with it and Ron, knowing even then that one day he would become a B.S. artist..so he is holding up his pants to keep them clean....
This was taken in Floral Park New York, circa 1966-67
Liz and Kate are not in the photo, they were in the back of the yard mixing a "Batch" of scotch sours while putting out the snacks on the "Cement Table".....
We had so much fun back then...a cocktail hour every Saturday afternoon, a Bar B Que would cook our dinner and always had a Crumb Cake and Black and White Cookies from Butter Cookie for dessert....laughing, joking and just being together.....None of us had a lot in those days but we had each other and damn, did we make the best of it.
P.S. I am sure the 4th generation will have to ask their parents to explain some of these things..

Ah, the good old days... being young and carefree and standing in a yard of weeds... We were poor but proud.
I am picking up my pants trying to imitate Michael. Kelly is like, what he hell is wrong with this Cianciaruso's.... their waist is up to their chin.
Great picture and great memory.

Thanks Kel and Ron...enjoy reading your memories of the "Old Days"
If you look at Michaels shoes they are the same length as Kelly's leg.
At first I wondered why he had such big feet, then I remembered the story of the Shoe Warehouse Fire and the Shoes Nancy couldnt use and it hit me. He must have been wearing a size 10 Mens, that Pop-Pop got from the fire ;-)
